I never picked up the Car

I never picked up the car because the rental company did not have any vehicles and THEY canceled my rental. I should have been given a refund on the rental insurance amount. I have called and no solution so far.

Proven Communication skills…

Communication. Have not heard a word about what I need to document for you. Prices went way up and coverage went way down, along with services.
Not sure why I’m still with you, rather like flushing $… probably would never see a covered penny.

Bad Faith Handling: Lack of Accountability & Advocacy. These people are FRAUDS

These people are FRAUDS. They hand you over to another company the second you have a claim. Over $21,000 of my person property is considered total loss from the disgusting contaminated water pipe burst intrusion in my unit. I am currently DISPLACED. As in moved out of my home. That was on February 11th. Today is March 11th. I have yet to receive a DIME. The assigned Adjuster (FL License: W061823) and Claims Manager (FL License: E188850) have consistently failed to conduct a thorough investigation within the 15-day statutory deadline required by the Texas Insurance Code.
I MOVED OUT of the unit, put most of my stuff into a storage unit, moved into a private room, and am dealing with massive expenses and loss that GoodCover has not advocated for on my behalf. I’ve paid for 2 types of coverage that I’m entitled to through my “PREMIUM” renters policy w/ $28,000 coverage limit.
They ignored loss of 200 items and offered me 6k. These people are disgusting. Specifically their adjusters The things they have done to try to manipulate me and deny the facts is immoral. No one from Goodcover has attempted to help in any way.

I’m disabled with mental illness which…

I’m disabled with mental illness which makes it hard for to get certain things. I initially provided everything requested. My agent then proceeded to ask for more things that were impossible to get at the time. The insurance looks for any reason to back out and not insure.

Deadly horrible

Deadly horrible, bullied,abused neglected during flood with my teenage son and my self both disabled during all winter holidays and valentines!

I just signed up with this company and they have posted a late fee on my account! Customer service has not responded to my inquiry in the matter either
