Great customer service, and good quality and value for money products... and they’re obviously beautiful!

I ordered a ring which turned out to be too big so needed it resized but I cannot put into words how helpful Rosie was with everything. My ring arrived yesterday and I couldn’t love it more! Can’t recommend Mood Good’s products and service highly enough!

I can't fault Rosie and the service she provides! I ordered a custom ring with a longer lead time and needed to change the delivery address last minute due to an unplanned house move. Rosie was so accommodating in the options I had to make sure my ring got to me safely. I absolutely love the ring and am so so pleased with it!

I received some Mood Good earrings as a gift. Not only do I absolutely love them – gorgeous design and very high quality – but I have been so impressed with the post-purchase service. When I couldn’t get along with hoop fittings (me, not the hoops) Rosie went above and beyond and swapped them for hooks. All her communications have been swift, friendly and unfailingly helpful. Very happy. Highly recommend.

I ordered a lovely gold necklace, and received an email the next day from Rosie saying the one she had in stock had a scratch and would I be willing to wait a week for a replacement, which I was absolutely fine with. The necklace arrived and was beautiful! Lovely packaging and always feels good to buy independent. I appreciate Rosie’s effort to get the best product out to you, and it was well worth the wait. Rosie, a gal after my own heart... The 'mood good' brand ethos is utter perfection. I feel so lucky that Rosie was excited to work on a bespoke piece for me. You can put all your trust into her, she knows exactly what she's doing. The 'bespoke' process is like no other, so much so I'm sad it's over now. Nevertheless, I now possess a piece of jewellery that's one of a kind and so blindingly beautiful I cannot keep my eyes off of it.

I recently bought a ring from Mood Good I’d had my eye on for months, I needed a little help as I needed it made in a bigger size and Rosie couldn’t of been more lovely and helpful! I recently received my ring and it’s gorgeous! It makes me smile every time I look at it. I’m already saving to buy 2 more pieces!

I just LOVE my Mood Good jewellery. I ordered a bespoke piece for my sisters 30th and Rosie was incredibly helpful and designed a necklace that was just perfect! I have a ring too which I wear all the time and I love the extra little details each piece has.

Rosie is a lovely, kind and interactive seller which just adds to the experience of making a custom order with her. (Speedy replies too). If you’re looking for quality, unique, and fun jewellery, then mood good is the place. I personally ordered a custom 9 carat necklace. Although I think this option isn’t officially listed , she was really easily able to accommodate my request and did so happily. She presented me with the design really nicely and the software she uses gives a clear 3D and easily imaginable design. Thanks very much - happy customer x

I have 4 different necklaces from mood good and I LOVE them!! They are all beautifully made and so unique. The quality is amazing and I get so many compliments when I wear them. Rosie is also so lovely and helpful, I received a little Christmas gift from her for being a loyal customer which was such a lovely touch! Will definitely be ordering from her again, I have my eye on a ring next!

I've ordered two pieces so far from Rosie in Mood Good,one of which was a ring which I had to send back to be resized. Rosie could not have been more helpful and was in contact all the time keeping me updated! The two pieces I bought are two if the most beautiful pieces of jewellery I own and I'm finding it very difficult not to order another 1 or 10 more pieces seriously it's a struggle everyday ha ha! If you're thinking of ordering one of these unique stunning pieces just do it,you wont regret it xxxxxx

I’m on my third order from Rosie now, I’ve bought two “off the rack” and I’m excitedly waiting for my bespoke necklace to arrive for my birthday at the end of the month. Every piece of Mood Good jewellery is unique and the attention to detail is insane, I don’t think you’ll find anything else like it at this price point and with this level of customer service. 15/10, can’t recommend highly enough!

Rosie kept me updated about the progress of my piece (it took a little while because it was being personalised and gold plated) and honestly it is the BEST necklace I’ve ever ever seen!!! It’s so well made and delicate and just...I don’t know! Amazing! I want to buy allllll of my jewellery from Mood Good from now on 🙃

I got the rose wrap ring as a birthday gift and the heart banner necklace for Christmas and I’m in love with those pieces. They are so rare and definitely made with love! The jewellery is so beautiful both in quality and design. Also Rosie is such a heartwarming person, in both orders she was so helpful and nice because she got in personal contact with us to create the unique jewellery I wished for. Long story short my mood good pieces are my favourites since I’ve got them and I can’t wait to grow my collection :)

My husband had a bespoke necklace made for me for Christmas and I love it! I bought the rose cut out ring and night sky necklace and couldn't be happier with them! I also had a quick but really nice chat with Rosie on Instagram and she was so kind to swap the chain the necklace comes with to a slightly longer one. Beautiful jewellery, lovely seller - shopping small really is worth it!
