Good Games Castle Hill - INCREDIBLE Customer Experience
Good Games Castle Hill provided myself and my friends with some of the best customer service I've received this year. The two women were extremely helpful - and I regret not getting their names so that they could receive more personal praise.
Coming in with limited/no knowledge of D&D and just to buy some unrelated board games, one staff member overheard us utter the word "dungeons" and immediately bee-lined for us - proceeding to deliver the most engaging and fun pitch of a game we would otherwise never have considered playing. Then the other girl came over, and we stayed in the store for an hour longer than we expected.
THIS is how you do customer service, irrespective of the hustle and bustle of Christmas foot traffic. The staff truly went above and beyond, passionately and inclusively providing an incredible customer experience for the three of us.
Awesome stuff, guys. And to the recruitment arm of Good Games - you've outdone yourself. This is exactly how you match talent with employer demand, and all for the purpose of employee and customer satisfaction.

Great service, fast shipping :D
Page looked a bit suspicious, but decided to order anyway because of the great trustpilot reviews and because there is a physical store in Kolding.
Great decision! Items arrived quick and easy. One item was broken, but they shipped a replacement on the same day! Great service :)

My Go to Nerd hobby store
Goodgames is my Go to small local nerd and hobby store and i have only experienced exceptional service from the owner, from answering phone calls to a quick reply to an email. i have both been at the store and ordered online and no package has arrived with dmg wares or the likes, i can only recommend to buy at goodgames
