No customer service

The 60w soundbar is good value. The problem is you can't get a replacement remote. I tried b&m and they don't stock spares. I have sent about eight emails to goodmans to see how to buy a replacement but have not had a reply. They dont have have a customer service contact phone number so you can't speak to them direct and l have had no option but too buy another soundbar

Don’t bother

Don’t bother ! I bought the sound bar it said it connected to the x. Box series s it doesn’t waste of money !

Headphones do not retain charge

Headphones are great when charged up but lose charge very quickly. I won’t go any further as I feel people need to have their own opinion. I will personally never buy this brand again!! I’m writing by this on 22 February but this is not the first time I’ve had this issue! Please can I ask you make you’re own mind up

Goodmans 60w bluetooth soundbar, out of sync & Goodmans refuse to reply

i got the Goodmans 60w bluetooth soundbar for Christmas. it looks good and has good sound. HOWEVER when using it as bluetooth the speaker is out of sync with the television making it extremely annoying to watch. i bought decent HDMI cables to try that way but didn't work at all.
I contacted Goodmans customer service on 22nd January asking for advice but as of today, 17th February, they still haven't bothered to reply, disgusting customer service.
