This is the second time I have used Goodness direct and I am very happy with the service . It was much quicker this time which was good ( a few days ) last time was during lockdown so a bit longer . Everything well packed and a relief not to be searching several shops plus the carrying !!! Thankyou will use again .

Great juice as a drink but an expensive as a daily supplement
The elderberry juice is fruity delicious and a little bitter as this fruit naturally is without added sugar. Unfortunately, I ordered the juice thinking I could use it as a daily immune boosting supplement by just having a small amount each day but the label says to drink it all 5 days from opening it so it is was unsuitable for my needs as I cannot afford 6 bottles per month. I should have enquired about this. Will look into Gummies and affordable products which keep throughout a month.

Order mistake corrected with many apologies!
I received the wrong product and had been trying to get in contact with the company. When I did through Trustpilot, they were extremely apologetic about the mistake and went the extra mile to correct it. Well done, will use this company again.

This is an update after the wrong goods were replaced:
Finally got to speak to Jem who called me several times and apologised for the two wrong items received. He sent me replacement and some extra items - thank you!
The packet was received with extra speed and is very appreciated. Thanks Jem for the good service!
Bad service! Received the parcel within a week of ordering online. Bag of pasta sent wrong, received seaweed pasta instead of the one ordered. Also, received a bag of shelled organic pistachios with the top seal cut across and opened, upon weighing saw 20 grams missing from the bag... cannot eat it anyway as it was opened and contaminated!
Called numerous times, nobody ever, ever answers the calls. Went on their Facebook page (they did not posted anything since Dec. 2020). Still, decided to send them a message via Messenger there, no answer at all.
Then, decided to send an email with pictures of opened and wrong items, no reply so far, after 5 days.... next stop is credit card company to get a refund!

Wonderful Organic Range
Wonderful range of organic, healthy, ethical products, that I cannot source easily for my Supermarket delivery. The prices are fair and the box of delights is delivered within a couple of days. Great Service.
