Not sure why you want an opinion. However. I amended my business card with a new website and email data and found that the order placed defaulted to the original date before the amendment. I ordered only 100 cards at the (Cheap rate- thank God) and lost only £20.00. I have been with Goodprint for a few years, and when I was told that the error was mine and no refund was to be made, then I decided I can find another printer for my future business.

High quality printing and card. A small hiccup with delivery (lost in transit) very quickly sorted and replacements sent without further charge,

Very helpful company. We had our business card templates on two page PDF's. Unfortunately their website would only accept single page PDF's, but their support staff took those and converted them into proofs for us.

I have ordered business cards. The website design facility is very easy to use and produces very attractive cards. Service is normally swift and trouble free. My last order went astray somehow but, once I raised a query, I had immediate apologies and the order was sent by next day courier.
My only reservation is that the pricing on the website makes no sense at all. The price in the 'basket', for the same order, can vary from one minute to the next. It is bizarre but, as long as the final price is reasonable, I am happy.

First class service, quality product, repeat customer

Have now made two orders through the Goodprint website (business cards, letterheads and compliments slips). Design was very straight forward; delivery remarkably prompt. Bought the 'Lux' heavy weight business cards and almost every person who receives one comments on the sheer quality and feel of the card; exactly the sort of image I am trying to pass to my potential customers.

Goodprint prices have doubled within one year! Rang them up to ask why their prices for LUX business cards have doubled in a year to be basically told "well that's what it is". Have just bought identical cards from Instant Print for the same as I paid Goodprint last year - and got 50 extra cards!! You just lost a customer Goodprint.

Have used Goodprint since 2005 for my businesses and the high quality of the business cards and postcards are second to none; brilliant white and a thick card. The design tool is easy to use and I love that I see exactly what I am getting when I preview the designs. Checkout is always smooth and I refer this service to all my friends and collegues. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have now used Goodprint for two sets of business cards. The website is easy to navigate, and I had no problem in finding a template which met my needs. It was very straightforward to put my information in, and there are good checks available to ensure you have not made an error. The printed cards arrived very quickly, and are of very good quality. And the price seemed to me to be very reasonable. A service I would recommend without reservation.

I sent in a file for conversion over a weekend and got the proof back at 08:15am Monday morning, completed my order requesting 'normal' delivery - and was delighted to receive the cards on Wednesday shipped 'next day'!!! Thanks you Goodprint!!
