Pretty disappointing experience with…

Pretty disappointing experience with Goodr.
I placed an order using an ExpertVoice discount and realized immediately after checkout that I forgot to include one item. I reached out right away—within minutes—just asking if they could either add it or provide a comparable code so I could place a second order.
It took 10 days to get a response, and when they finally replied it was a generic “no changes, no code” with zero explanation or attempt to help.
Honestly, terrible customer service.
On top of that, the product itself didn’t live up to the hype—the quality felt cheap for what’s being advertised.
Between the slow response, terrible customer service, and poor product quality, I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

I received an empty box

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and what I got was an empty box. There is no phone number to call and emails are not answered in a timely fashion. I still have not been contacted. Obviously they're too important to be bothered with phone calls.

Horrible company

Title: Unprofessional Interview Process and Unpleasant Location

Review:
I interviewed with GoodR for a VP-level position and was very disappointed with the entire process. It was unprofessional, draining, and degrading — being asked to complete a childish “lemonade stand” case study for an executive role was absurd and a complete waste of time.

The office environment was strange, with no private offices — just an open warehouse-style setup that didn’t feel like a serious or professional workplace. The surrounding area was also unpleasant and felt unsafe, definitely not a location that reflects a company claiming to be forward-thinking or reputable.

Overall, this experience was purely for practice — I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a truly professional executive opportunity.

Garbage cheap product

Garbage cheap product, best case will last you a month, start to flake off on the glass, they have technicalities in their warranty where they won’t honoir it and always have a loophole out. Just cheap Chinese garbage coming out of America

Impossible to return despite return policy

I bought a couple of sun glasses and wanted to return one. It has been impossible. Waiting for more than three days for a return slip. Impossible to reach anyone by phone or chat. Don’t trust their return policy. Seems like it is impossible to return their glasses. Very very disappointed. Terrible customer service. Once you purchase the sunnies looks like you are stuck with them regardless of what their website says about returns.

Cannot be worn in salt air climates.
I've had a problem with their lenses before - but still liked the glasses and the cost. This time on a trip to a Caribbean island I made certain that I was not exposing them to any salt water - and yet in only a few days the lenses looked terrible. Other sunglasses worn during the same trip were fine.
Good for staying in Ontario - but I won't wear them down south again... and not sure I would buy them again.
