Pretty disappointing experience with Goodr.
I placed an order using an ExpertVoice discount and realized immediately after checkout that I forgot to include one item. I reached out right away—within minutes—just asking if they could either add it or provide a comparable code so I could place a second order.
It took 10 days to get a response, and when they finally replied it was a generic “no changes, no code” with zero explanation or attempt to help.
Honestly, terrible customer service.
On top of that, the product itself didn’t live up to the hype—the quality felt cheap for what’s being advertised.
Between the slow response, terrible customer service, and poor product quality, I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.
