I contacted Good Wine Online lateish on 29 June to order a particular Italian wine that's hard to find from large retailers and which I have to present as a gift early next week. Their service was excellent.particularly in relation to keeping me updated on when a sudden road closure had delayed the originally scheduled delivery time. In the event it arrived this morning superbly packaged

Great prices for great wines. Free delivery and very fast. Respond immediately to questions or issues and resolve 100%. They advertise exactly what's on the tin. If there are any issues with the order they contact immediately, split the order with no fuss and ensure delivery. Best company I have dealt with online. I trust them.

This company offers a fantastic service. I have been buying wine from them for almost 4 years, since I discovered them. I have a sulphite allergy, and they offer a wide range of excellent quality low sulphite wines. All my deliveries have been within the 2 hour slot quoted to me, so no hassle at all. When I have had to reorganise my delivery date, it has been sorted immediately. John is courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them. The wines are a delight!!

These are great people who go out of their way to supply wine. My wife can only drink low sulphite wine, this is now the only company we use. Not only do they know their wine, they actually know me, as a customer. When a courier damaged our consignment Goodwine replaced the damaged goods at no cost to me, this included the delivery. My experience underlines the care that this company puts into their service. Not cheap but value for money.

This company owner got a bit huffy about legitimate feedback about bottle variation. Preferred to lose a customer. Owner like a chef who cannot accept comment, in this case such that any bottle might be different. Did he sample every bottle? No he could not. Shouldn't be in the business if does not know about wine bottle variation.

Amazing service from John. He changed my order for me and nothing was too much trouble. I will be ordering from this company again. Made buying xmas presents a delight :)

I also orderedwine for next day delivery on 6th December and itstill hasn't been delivered. Quick response from John about delay but silent on refund for the no show of APC

My delivery was delayed by the courier and instead of it arriving next day on the Tuesday, it arrived on the Friday afternoon. I bought the wine for a present but it arrived too late to be gifted. The company didn’t seem to care about the delay. I will not order again unless they change their courier (APC) and start taking customer service seriously!!
