Unable bet on live casino game live chat says there problem. 3 time I placed roulette spins with my best payed number come out 3 times in row only for bets to be cancelled after half way through spinning. Live chat it’s say there problem again they had it for 3 weeks…Scam 100% can play slots and sports coz they know the can control the odds unlike live casino game by evolution

Support youre local businesses I thought but for goodwins they don’t care. It was all good at first winning losing etc £20 win bets £10 each way bets nothing big. Just some fun bets. Last time I tried to place a bet with them I was allowed 78p eway 8/1
I live in Eastbourne and go to plumpton a few times a year goodwins seem to be always at plumpton so I was told to open an account which I did. It was fun at first then I was limited to £7.50 eway on 8/1 shot now it’s 78p
I find it funny a senior trader has come to these decision how can you compete with the big bookies I was all for supporting my local bookies but have to go back to these greedy money grabbing bigger companies.
It puts you off horse racing and betting which I have enjoyed for over 30 years
Bookmakers have taken the fun out of it and don’t get me started on the PR men geez.
Please goodwins sort youre attitude out and grow a pair take normal bets of guys who love horse racing

I was looking for a telephone account that provided me with the personal touch and the opportunity to have a prompt return of funds back to my account !! Goodwin supply all of this 👏

Played for about 6 months.
Worst prices on the Internet across all sports.
No bonus offers.
Rude pig ignorant staff.
Customer service said that they don't give a toss about there customers as there are plenty more mugs out there willing to join.
Stay well clear of these clowns there is no value here.

Wow suspended my account mid betting. I phoned the company up to speak with them, the guy had attitude, spoke with his supervisor, absolutely unprofessional and poor telephone manner. Loads of noise going on in the back ground, sounds like they are in a tiny office somewhere having a laugh and a joke at their customers expense.

I am a VIP customer with Betfair and Bet365 and decided to give these cowboys ago as they take big bets. I would recommend swerving at all costs.

I cancelled my account and will be going back to Betfair. Do not deal with these cowboys.

I stop using online accounts for betting two years back.
It was not for me.
I reluctantly ended up signing on Gamstop.
I moved to telephone betting via Goodwin Racing which is not covered by the scheme.
Loved it. Brilliant service but put some winning bets together only to be told it was moving to Gamstop scheme and my account would be terminated without warning.
This is not great Goodwin and will have lost you custom.
Would have given one star but the service was great when I could use them.

This bookmaker is all about ‘mug punters’.. if you have the temerity to string some winning bets together you will be met with the ‘Trading department Decision’ to close your account.
IF this was made clear on their website fair enough, but it isn’t. They say ‘bets large and small are accepted’ but need to add ‘winning accounts closed’. Fix that Goodwin Racing or perhaps the Gambling Regulator or Advertising Standards will.
Your absolute shocking betting to high margin book on events quoted to me were appalling. Nothing positive to say I’m afraid..

OK. I've read someone's review below regards prices, they are midstream, there are a lot worse, believe me.
And let's face it, if you are that good at getting top prices, your unlikely to have an account anywhere.

Totally disagree with the phone service, sharp and quick response, they will endeavour to get you a price on almost anything.
Politeness of the call handling is 10/10.
You get done by a nose, money back, fallers last fence etc..

In my opinion fair prices and an outstanding service, which you don't get from the mainstream. Also fast payout.

OK, you mentioned another service, but whilst agree kalooki are also a very good bookmaker(also fast payout) Goodwin is traditional phone betting, Kalooki is the new way of social media(WhatsApp). Not everyone in social media savy.
If you want to do it over the phone, by talking.. Goodwin is highly recommended.

Also at some point you will lose connectivity, better to have both balls in your court.

I ordered some brake parts and I was anxious about getting them before track day. I couldn’t find the email order and panicked- I ordered them yesterday…can you believe they got here Today!?!? I do live in Sonoma California and I did mention Sears Point action- them somehow rushed it…unbelievable. But now believable!

Great company to deal with. I opened an account last week to try a different approach to betting supposed to your typical online bookmakers. So far it has been a great experience; using telegram to send in my bets has never been easier!

I opened a telephone betting account with Goodwin when the betting shops were closed. Pros - friendly staff, you get payments in your bank at weekends and you can place any types of bets. Cons - they don't have prices advertised so you have to ring for prices. Overall a good service though.

Proper old school bookmaker.

Great for horse racing and pre match sports, don’t do in-play it takes too long for reply’s.

Good offers on horse racing.

Could do with more special bets on the football.
