I've purchased several pairs of shoes, hiking boots and now some slippers from Goodwin Smith and I've always been very happy with the price, quality and excellent customer service.
I definitely recommend them.

Communication and delivery was good. Arrived well packaged.
Unfortunately, these slippers did not grip around my ankles and my heel came out of the slippers when I walked. So I decided to return them. A shame as otherwise seemed lovely quality and great value for money.

I’ve ordered a pair of mules online. The site advised to order a size up as that model fit small. Although, I followed the advice, they arrived way too small. I had to return them, unfortunately. Nonetheless, I must say that the quality of the slippers was excellent. The customer service did the same. They wrote me an email where they apologised for the inconvenience and they refunded me even the original postage costs. Top company!

Great shoes at great prices ! What more coukd you ask for ? Classic designs that will go with jeans and a shirt for a casual look on a night out or you could easily wear them with a suit for a more formal look and occasion.

Poor quality slippers - the label says made in China. Clearly made with cheap materials and low quality, not sheepskin as they are sold. I’m not sure these are even worth it at the discount price of £24.
