While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Google is removing 1 star reviews they…

Google is removing 1 star reviews they are protecting bad business people I put a review up on a repair shop that took my money for parts and never put them in my car 95.00 for a fuel filter and a TPS don't know what it is and 100.00 dollars labor. My brakes were put in backwards and locked up on us in Pennsylvania google took the review down, I even tried to get them to respond to an email, nothing.
I will not trust reviews from Google, no more we work for a news agency, and they are investigating this for us, I want people to know what the internet turned into. The phonie 5-star reviews are staying up I just got screwed with a design company, they have mostly 5 star reviews we found out in the forum that google deleted 65 reviews that were flagged google trusts the business more than the consumer if you buy from Google research what you are buying, don't trust google reviews. This is going to be on News 7 ABC an editorial how can we trust the people we are using especially google.
