Leigh Pharmacy 185 Elmsleigh Drive. Leigh on Sea. Essex. Invisible on Google ... why?
Our local pharmacist has spent a great deal and of time an effort upgrading what was a very grotty pharmacy. Having taken over around 2 years ago, we question the owner as to why we couldn't find it via google?
When we do a search, Google still uses a name that is now grassy out of date and has folk running around looking for it ... WHY?
Google gets paid to provide this information and but fails to deliver. Under the old name 'Chemy's' it was not a pharmacy one would choose to use because it was so grotty and many other reasons.
It is now a clean and bright pharmacy, completely refitted, lovely welcoming staff, never too busy to give free advice and always make us feel we really matter.
It was a joy to see the changes and know that we didn't always need a GP appointment to get help/advice on so many issues.
What is wrong with Google, that although it likes to 'pull in the money' it is certainly not capable of delivering the service?
Come on Google, you have been paid, not deliver the the service and update you antique information.
Why have google when it cannot/will not deliver the information folk need?
It is always down to reviews on TrustPilot to point us in the right direction and get honest accurate information!
Shame on you Google,and I would never pay a penny for any of your services. ...
