Title: Unacceptable: Technical failure, data loss, and zero support (Case ID 6-0105000040660)

I am writing this to express my absolute frustration with Google One/Gemini. Since March 5th, 2026, I have been dealing with a major technical failure under Case ID 6-0105000040660. Despite providing full cooperation and permission for a profile reset on March 8th, I have been completely ignored. My last substantive update was on March 13th, and a formal legal notice sent on March 16th was simply disregarded.

The service is fundamentally broken. I have been forced to delete my entire chat history and AI memory just to keep the system minimally functional. Even after this, the interface remains unstable, showing "ghost" fragments from unrelated contexts and losing parts of my conversations.

It is insulting that Google continues to advertise an "Ultra" subscription while failing to deliver the basic services I am already paying for. This is a clear breach of EU Directive 2019/770. I demand an immediate technical solution, a response to my emails, and full financial compensation for the weeks of non-functional service. Google is not above consumer law.

One of the richest companies in the world but if you are stuck in their process there is absolutely 0 support. Yes, you will eventually get a reply after many weeks of waiting but I'm not even sure if that is just an AI or an employee who took 0 time to look into the situation. The "help" is simply some standard text with some links to some of their guides and policies. Impossible and inhumane.
Furthermore if I write a review it usually gets deleted.

"Made by Unity" is a App creating company. That seems to have made a myriad of I Phone gaming ads, promising people to make money playing i-Phone games. The paid models in these ads, promise that the games they promote, are legit not scams and that you can transfer money to PayPal and Apple accounts. However doing so, requires you must wait a week before actually receiving any money. Which never materializes. Some games even require you to watch 100 or more ads to receive pending cash payouts. Things never mentioned in the promotion ads. Its all too suspect. Is there no online ethics authority to initiate legal action against such app and game providers? This is tantamount to theft and deceitful advertising. Do not download these games. Do not believe a word they say.
Both the Google Play Store and Made by Unity app creators are complicit in facilitating scammers, who make a lot of money from the false advertising they push on the general public. Therefore Legal action should be taken, It is unethical that Millions of people are being misled in such a manner. The internet needs a proper cleanup. Its unethical and immoral to leave people so violated.

No other provider is that aggressive in a negative way

In general it is very precise, and it shows traffic jams etc.
But gps location is not very precise in history. on the date mentioned, i've walked on the island in the river and this is not shown.

If companies, such as Google, become 'too big to fail', they will behave accordingly. This includes the benefits of the economy, but not the burdens. Tax avoidance is then their largest source of income. It's a shame that such companies do not commit to the social responsibility of doing business, paying taxes and helping to maintain a country's infrastructure.
