Abi was very helpful and knowledgable, going above and beyond to make sure I chose the right equipment.

Terrible experience trying to get my e-bike repaired on warranty at the Harlow store. Weeks with no progress and the store just blames head office . Head office are impossible to contact directly. £1200 bike less than a year old and I just wait. Their telephone numbers just try and fob you off, it’s very difficult to get through to someone real and then they say you need to speak with the store! No option on the contact form to make a complaint. The bike staff were great but everything else is a disappointment.

I have no reference number but I have left my phone number, maybe speak to your Harlow store manager. He has been walking past my bike in the corridor for the last few weeks.

Update, I received an email from a do not reply address stating that they will speak with the store and contact me within 48 hours. Why ask for my phone number and not call to hear my complaint?

Only popped in for a pouch meal for a wild camp and noticed a garden gazebo at a great discount price. Jack at the till was very helpful

My absolute go-to store for any outdoorsy kit, as a DofE leader, teacher, and designated driver they have anything I've ever needed. Boots, car chargers, tents... All of it long-lasting. Still use my jetboil regularly!

Last time I was there the till didn't add my DofE discount properly but the fella at the till clocked it and got me a refund with no fuss. Much more honest than some places I've been to haha

Always helpful staff and almost always have what I need. Spotless and plenty of room for a no stress shopping experience. 10/10’.

Excellent choice of rucksacks at excellent prices. Jack on the till was polite, efficient and friendly. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

We initially called and spoke to Kris who was really friendly and helpful. We then met him in store where he continued to be both extremely friendly but also really knowledgeable. Will definitely be asking for Kris next time we’re in. Now new members too !

My second bike service at Go Outdoors which again proved what a great service they offer. Paul really went above and beyond and my old road bike feels like a different, and much better, ride. The team is very communicative and prices are very reasonable. Defo recommended.

My wife and I bought walking boots are the Harlow branch. Jamie was particularly helpful in advising my wife regarding support etc. Luke on the checkout was courteous and pleasant.

I recently visited the GO Outdoors store in Harlow and was disappointed to find that the fishing equipment section was not adequately stocked. I have come to expect this location to be replenished regularly, so this was quite unexpected. Unfortunately, the lack of available equipment impacted my planned fishing trip.

That said, I would like to commend a staff member named Maddie, who was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. I sincerely hope that on my next visit, the fishing section will be fully restocked, as it has been in the past.

Dee was fantastic. I used to have a membership, but wasn’t sure if it was valid anymore. She did a search for me and then made a new membership as mine expired. We even had a few laughs. Fantastic.

Went to buy rucksack and boots for DofE today, we got Quest boots and Osprey backpack, and got great service from Tamzin. Great products and great advice. She made our life really easy, nothing was too much trouble.
