I renewed my membership again after…
I renewed my membership again after your system lost it after renewing it earlier this year. I made a purchase on 24/09 2025 using the new card. I went in and asked about my membership today and they couldn't find it. It happens every time I go in causing a great deal of stress.

We had a lovely experience at Go Outdoors in Launceston. Linzi the Customer Sales lady was SO helpful. She guided us to the app and showed us what discounts were available. Her manner was lovely, as was the lady who also was working. We loved our 3 little beach chairs that we got at a discounted price. This wasn’t our usual store as we were on holiday, but if Go Outdoors could put a Linzi in every store they would certainly retain their Customers. A++++++++ please note the date of the visit to the store is an approximation.

Great staff hampered by supply problems
Your staff were great and very helpful but hampered by one item of the Bundle Offer not being available instore (they had to order the gas regulator for the Outwell Stove offer) but that was not a store problem. There is always someone on hand with knowledge about a product.
