Went into the Southampton branch on the Millbrook bypass to get my first pair of waders, i was seen by a very friendly and helpful guy called Ronan, his knowledge and help was excellent, and I'm very happy with the waders we chose. The store was nice and tidy and the other staff were also friendly and polite, will definitely shop there again 👍

Been a couple of weeks and havent recoeved my new card

It seems to be a running theme with these reviews and I hope he gets recognised for his efforts but Paul F clocked looked lost and confused And helped us. His knowledge was fantastic and I have one daughter very happy and all Kitted out ready for D of E. Thank you for your time and skill We Spent way more than we planned but feel we got the best products.

We came in on Saturday for a warm coat that my daughter can wear on her DofE trip, and not only did they have a great selection to choose from, but we also spoke with staff member Amelie when purchasing all of our items, in which she informed us of all the care needed to maintain the down jacket. Before this trip i was completely unaware of the special detergents needed for washing and waterproofing these coats. Overall i would definitely recommend visiting. Very knowledgeable staff.

Been to go outdoors today to purchase some fabsil i asked a chap for advice and where the product was didn't have a clue what I was talking about. just to say sorry out of stock to then walk around the store to only find the product on the shelf myself couldn't help me 1 bit..

Dan was the man of that store he was always helpful and he always go that extra mile for customers soon as I asked for Dan to be told he has left so now the store is going down hill big time now all I can say is BRING BACK DAN he always go's above and beyond just a shame go outdoors lost a great member of staff

The male member of staff on shoes today was a great help and nothing was too much trouble, very knowledgeable and friendly, a rare occurrence these days so thanks for your advice and help.

Decided to give camping ago however I was stuck between which gear to buy, luckly paul.f a dedicated member of the team gave great advice; staff like himself may not get the acknowledgment he deserved but his knowledge was priceless and I left knowing more about camping and there right gear needed.
