Where do I start?
Where do I start?
First of all I was not informed about my order being ready to collect at the shop. I had to call you to find out where my order was.
Experience at the click and collect shop was more than appaling, I had ask the clerk several times to check if there are other parcells on my name. I had 5 items in 5 different parcels, and every time I had to chase the man from the counter to check if there is any more parcels on my name, in the end I still did not receive 1 item.

Good choice and range of gear, budget or more expensive, whichever suits you. James had good insight about hiking boots that helped us get the right ones, he was also very patient. It's only £5 to get a membership card and you get very big discounts. Will definitely be back.

What an absolute blast! I always bought the right size of boots but it's either they were too wide with lots of room on the sides and heel or they were too tight. I work security so you can imagine how desperate I am. So I came to your store and met your staff MAJ and AYMAAN. I explained what happens with my boot purchases. AYMAAN measured my feet and I found out that my left feet is slightly longer than my right. He brought me the first boot and it fit like a glove, I mean it was like it was made for me. Right there and then I took it without another thought plus it didn't hurt having a membership which gave me a nice 33% discount. So MAJ and AYMAAN from the Tottenham court road store on this day of 28th April 2026 you're officially the coolest staff and I forgot to tip y'all. I'll be back. "W" MAJ and AYMAAN y'all saved my feet. Much Love 🫶🏿
