Staff went above and beyond !
Staff were extremely helpful and patient. Knowledgeable about the products. The only downside was the fact that they didn’t stock half sizes in Merrell walking shoes!

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Ignoring all email's. Not recommended buy online .Never received my items. Can't get refund. Tracing info is not working online. Just lost 78 pound . Very,very disappointed. Never buy again. Rip off people.

I needed a ordnance survey map
I needed a ordnance survey map , well saints has lost four library’s and will loose more , I can’t go into a library and simply browse a map
So I had to go Instore and find the correct map , I enjoy the hand held map and my map case complete with compass , call me old school but it’s the right way if your going outside always have the correct gear

Every time I go in for boots they have…
Every time I go in for boots they have never my size…….I appreciate size 10’s and 11’s are popular…..so why not stock up on the more popular sizes. For a big store to run out of those sizes on a regular basis isn’t good for business……someone needs to stock take on a more regular basis. I can understand a small store business but a big store franchise like Go Outdoors…….shouldn’t happen.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff
Anthony was SO helpful today. I was debating between two tents and he talked me through the pros/cons of each and even suggested an alternative. Nothing was too much trouble. He even told me some campsites to try out. No queues at the till. Would recommend a member card for savings. Will definitely shop here again.

Well it's nice to find what your looking for in one place. And prices are fair not over priced plus if your a member you get discounts on your purchase.
