Great Customer Service
We went to buy a pair of walking shoes for my husband today at GO Outdoors. Great selection of shoes and Danny who was working in the shoe department was so helpful. He wasn’t pushy, was there when we needed him and when was asked about the shoes we selected gave good feedback. Great customer service!

Good quality goods at a reasonable price and whilst the staff are friendly and helpful they can be a bit hard to find perhaps a few more staff is what is needed?

The staff were really helpful in locating the department I needed, as were the staff on the till.
However, I had visited the store based on an advertisement for swimwear, only to find that the stock in store was very limited.

Great customer service from Gemma
I visited Go Outdoors in Wigan a few days ago as I’m looking for a new waterproof coat.
I met a lovely salesperson called Gemma who couldn’t have been more helpful .
She let me try on all the coats that liked and even went to get a work colleague from the warehouse that currently has one of the coats that I was interested in to tell me more about it.
Gemma was so helpful , such a professional approach to her work , I will definitely go back to this store for future purchases.

I knew broadly what I wanted
I knew broadly what I wanted, chose the walking shoes that I wanted. The gentleman who was in the shoe section wasn’t particularly engaging, he appeared slightly disinterested. Otherwise the usual positive experience.
