Ordered some 3D glasses (DLP link) over the Easter holiday. Glasses turned up with out issue. The only think missing was when checking my order online it just said "processing". There was no info about dispatch dates or any tracking numbers. Didn't even know the glasses were dispatched until the post man knocked the door. Overall no problems and would use again, but please supply more info for when goods will be dispatched so I can plan to be at home to receive them.

Purchased an Epson EH-TW3200 Projector.
Very pleased with the quick delivery.
The follow up phone call from Goprojectors who were very helpful,stating any questions regarding the projector to contact them.

Certainly know what they are talking about. They kept in touch with updates as soon as I asked a question.

The Viewsonic 3D adapter is a brilliant product and was set-up within minutes.

Recommend the company for anyone looking to buy. And will certainly purchase from then again.

Needed a replacement projector fairly quickly and visited Go Projectors web site (via a Google search). Their price for the Optoma model that I wanted beat Amazon and anyone else I could find. Their delivery was within the time frame they stated and it was free. Only one small criticism - I needed the projector delivered to a different address than the billing address. This required a phone call and a letter from me confirming that the delivery address was different!

Having dealt with a variety of so called AV professionals I can safely say go projectors are one of the best . The purchase I made was for new 3d technology and upon the demonstation the setup was a mimick of what I have at home. From the time of getting off the train to leaving with my purchase I can say the customer service was second to none ( The reason for the train comment was that a charming young lady guided me to the store from the station) I would use them again and I have reccommended them to serveral friends .

Delighted with the projector - surpassed our expectations

Purchased Viewsonic Vp3D1 adaptor and glasses and could not be happier with the honesty, efficiency and level of customer service from Go Projectors. If only all e-retailers were as good as this then everybody would be happy! Thanks

This company offers very competitively priced projectors. I saved over a hundred pounds by shopping around on-line. My only complaint is that they failed to EMail me the promised invoice. But on goods and delivery dates I can't fault them.

Good product and service very happy

Last week I found a company on the internet called goprojector.co.uk I contacted them and they offered me the chance to see a demo of some of the products they had to offer. When I arived I was meet by a realy kind gentleman, he help me decide on what projector was the right one for my purpose, not only did he freely give his expertise, he also gave so much sale support throughout the whole demonstrations and saved me money. I would have no problems with recommending this company to any prospective new clients.

prompt service and a product that does what is advertised

I had the need to buy a new projector lamp and got onto Go Projectors and from the outset I had confidence in them seeling me the right product at the right price.

And everyone I spoke to from Nadine to the other guys gave me the feeling that they were there just for me to solve just my need.

It did not stop there. It turned out my projector had a different fault - not bulb failure - the DLP chip had gone. They called me back, unprompted, with a telephone number of the sole distributors of the projector suggesting I make a claim under the 3 year warranty.

This I've done and saved the money on the lamp as Go Projectors have a great returns policy.

I run a service business and know how important "the extra" service is.

In short, good to deal with a successful business with a team that treats you like royalty!

Buying a projector can be a daunting task. Being able to talk to an expert who listens to your requirement, asks a few questions about how and where you will be using the equipment, and then recommends a couple of options is just what we needed.

The projector we bought is first class fits the application we needed it for and has been commented on by some of the delegates who attend our workshops. Whatever the requirement we would recommend you talk to the experts at Go Projectors before you purchase.

The only bad thing that happened was that the courier failed to delivery the whole order next day but that wasn’t Go Projectors fault.

+ Customer service seemed to be very good. Quick response to emails and very polite on the phone.

- Ordered an original Optoma part but was offered a replacement because of the long wait from Optoma. The delux 3D Glasse sare very poor indeed, strange flickering and poor colours with messed up graphics.

Update.

The company phoned me back and have offered a refund but are looking in to my claims over the glasses.

I do recommend them for their customer service.

The Item we bought was exactly what we needed and arrived within 3 days of ordering. We've now asked Go Projectors to give us an estimate for some larger equipment.
Be happy to use them again for our technical supplies.
