I paid for a sealed bottle of Grouse whiskey (£24.50) and received only two bottles of Coke and a food item. The whiskey never arrived. I provided photographic evidence proving the missing item. Support repeatedly tried to hide behind “scan to bag” and “internal processes” as if that proves delivery.
As a customer, it is not my responsibility how the item is handled or delivered after dispatch. Despite clear evidence, I was refused a refund and treated unprofessionally. I have escalated the issue to my payment provider and will pursue a chargeback if this is not resolved.
This level of incompetence, lack of accountability, and refusal to honor a paid order is shocking. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Absolutely TERRIBLE

They “escalate” to a specialist and then the specialist is either another bot or copying and pasting responses. Their drivers consistently ignore my delivery instructions and when I complain, they say they’ll file a report or whatever and then I never hear back but the next driver leaves my order in the snow again. Gopuff used to have way better customer service. Now they end my chats before I’m done talking to them. I bet nothing will come from me giving the worst possible feedback on the survey either.

Worst experience of a delivery app ever. Never use this app, they faked that our order was on the way for 2 hours. We even paid premium for faster delivery and they ignored my calls and cancelled the order after 2 hours.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I was litteraly just giving them a compliment to my colleague not long ago. However they have missed an item or 2 in my order and did not want to rectify it in the pass. Today I was charged $77.00 for a "FAM" membership that I did not want. I placed an order for some items and I clicked and agreed for the $42.00 charge. I DID NOT OPT TO HAVE AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP billed to me today. That amount does not justify the amount of times I would even use the service. Regardless I contacted them within 3 minutes. Their so called chat support is a joke. They never looked up my account nor did they even ask my name. I received BOT responses even when I asked for a supervisor, which I doubt very much was even a supervisor. They would not even offer me half of the fee. MY CHECKOUT DID NOT DISPLAY A CHARGE FOR $77.00. Regardless they did nothing to help me, refused to do anything to assist me at all. They did not even spell my name correctly in the chat. If you value your money do not turst them. That fee is one less present I can give to someone. And do not be fooled by the size of the items they are smaller than you think. DO NOT USE THEM! They will take your money and politely CHAT you they cannot help you, and lie about even addressing your issue.

I tried to dispute the delivery guy delivered my drinks to the wrong address. Someone showed their ID and delivery person accepted it and gave them my drinks. Yesterday, a rep said he will redeliver as evident in this chain. GoPuff SUCK! Ripped me off. Still didn't get my money back

Gave rotting food.
Refused to provide any restitution. Said it’s because the rotting food was free 🤣

I wanted more info on restrictions for fam and clicked on something and it signed me up for fam instead of giving me said info. Requested my money back 2 weeks ago and spoke to support 3 times with promises that I would hear from them in 24-48 hours but i hear nothing. Customer support is the worst. Do not recommend at all.

I am ordering go puff quite often.
My last order had same day expiring of 2 items despite paying full price, and a leaking bottle of milk. No refund given because it was past 12h. My order was late at night and only checked next day the items but too late. I wouldn't have complained about it but to havr nearly £10 wasted out of a £23 order is not fun at all

I would never order through them!

Four of five acai (frozen) boxes I ordered were damaged; the lids were open, and the product was exposed to air. I asked for a refund since it is a health issue; however, the customer servis rejected it, saying they regularly check their products. Basically, I paid for stuff that I had to throw away.

Another issue was that the driver who delivered these open items was on the phone when they arrived and asked me to say hi to his friend. He laughed and turned his phone toward me, which was very uncomfortable.

They charged my card for $8.47 for FAM when I cancelled FAM over a month ago.... I asked customer support to refund it and they would not. I have consistently had issues with drivers saying they delivered items but they were no where to be found, and Id have to wait around for a replacement order. Or drivers show up completely fried reeking of weed. Or items would be missing from the order that was a coupon was used for.... this company steals from customers, drivers, workers, they are predatory and should be shut down... something tells me they are not American owned or operated.

Complete Scam, we are going to the police

We ordered items worth 25 from them, I have also been a fam member. They only delivered half the order, once I figured I didn't have my full order I contacted them and they refused to help or contact the courier. We will drop a complaint to UK police they kept 60% of our order value. This is how they make money.
