Impatient live chat customer service
Dominik was extremely inpatient closing our chat the first time as I wasn’t fast enough to respond and then in our second chat when I said I was going to check which pictures I had showing the bad quality of the food, he told me if I wasn’t ready with my pictures for my refund then I should come back when I am ready. After 4 minutes response time he asked me if there’s anything else and then told me this is company policy. If customers are already stressed out with the company due to a problem with their order, this impatience is not going to help and if this is truly go puffs policy to be impatient with customers and close a query as soon as they can whether it’s resolved or not, they need to have a look at this. I dolive chat customer service myself and you should wait at least 5 mins before following up with a message to see if they are still there and not close the chat for at least half an hour. People are at work trying to sort these things out so they won’t always respond within seconds! I came away more annoyed than I was when I contacted them!

I started driving yesterday for go puff they hit with a background check why delivery so I submit it then when I went to log out and log back in my account was deactivated until my background come back but they approved me to deliver then turn around and wanted me to do a back ground check crazy then it’s money on my account where I earn I can’t get off because I can’t get in my account once I get my money I am done with go puff

I found them easy to use. The drivers very Courteous, helpful, and nice. The website has some outrageously high prices on some products, but many not bad, I will use them again. I wish they had fresh or frozen produce, like Broccoli, Asparagus, bagged salads.

It's a scam
It's a scam. I've been charged for a year straight with absolutely no way of getting a refund from them. No response to support. I've removed my card details and cancelled my membership over a year ago.

Poor customer service
It's actually one of the better delivery services out there but. I'm a premium member and I shop there three or four times a month. It's completely ruined by the customer service. Every time I've had something that has gone wrong with my order they basically just don't care. It's one thing to the next; expired items, mouldy bags: for some reason the paper bags have started stinking of rotten mould. And they all just come back with refund request denied. Not even so much as a Goodwill gesture when something goes really wrong.

The worst customer service, I waited on 3 separate occasions for help with missing items from my orderr after the third time I was offered a 215.47$ refund from the manager Aditya. I contacted two days after they said this and Aditya then refused to help me saying they were speaking about a cancelled order and there was nothing they could do to help me when I was MISSING ITEMS from my delivery to which they kept copy and pasting the same response saying my items were delivered and they were not.. absolutely disgusting customer service

I have ordered coffee this morning so that I can have coffee before I go to work the order arrive. Everything came on it but the coffee I went on customer service and I said I wanted my coffee. They refuse to deliver my coffee instead they will take another three working days for me to have coffee. I have to place yet. Another order of a minimum of £15 to avoid charges plus a delivery fee of £1:99 so to get my coffee, I had to spend another £16:99. Dirty tricks clumsy. That you have to place another order of £16.99 to get something that should be on your shopping bag. Avoid avoid.
Driver Smashed our mailbox
When our delivery driver shower up, he came smoking at my door, then when he left he hit our mailbox so hard he twisted it. It’s cemented into the sidewalk. I contacted customer service where they apologized I had a bad delivery experience then refused to supply the drivers info so I could file a claim against his insuriance. I have video footage of him hitting it. I’ve had to file a police report about this. Will NEVER use gopuff again, I’ll walk to the store if I need anything. They do not care about the customer.

WHAT A NERVE! This poor imitation of a company accepted my order, had me wait patiently for delivery, pretended to be here, then cancelled the order and drove away.. and of course they have taken my money, and now tell me (too close to pay day for comfort!) that I must wait up to a week for a refund. DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT, CRAP SERVICE, AND A VERY NICE AND HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT WHO COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND WAS THEREFORE NO USE AT ALL. AVOID AL AT COSTS.

One of the worst delivery systems ever. Every time I’ve ordered as a loyal, FAM member the quality of service has got lower and lower. It’s a scam. Pay for additional deals (always out of stock), priority delivery and they will deliver to others first, tell you that at the door then support says they can’t see where their drivers have been? The ‘live cam’ is simply creepy, watching poor depressed members of staff walking around a messy supermarket in a zombie like state. Won’t even refund the priority when they don’t meet their own public policy. It’s just sh*t to be honest. Oh yeh and you’ll get fruit and veg that’s off within 5 minutes. Never using again
