GoResponse has a team that tries hard. They could work on the on-boarding process to make it a bit faster and not rely so much on the client. Also a couple of test-calls to the answering service showed up some weaknesses, but they were quickly remedied. Very friendly and helpful account-management staff.

Planet Cruise needed support for their customer service department as an ongoing process to manage periods of high volume requests. The overflow calls are diverted to Go Response who speak directly with the customer and capture details which are fed back as an e-mail message immediately to customer services for a follow up call as soon as an operative is available. Call waiting times have been considerably reduced and customer requests managed in a friendly and efficient manner.
We searched for a provider and selected GoResponse based on their high quality website, features, information and personal contact upon telephoning. We were kept informed through the whole process; everyone we have dealt with has been incredibly professional, yet personable and friendly. We are confident that our business is in safe hands. We would not hesitate to recommend.

I discovered GoResponse by searching on Google and since finding them, and speaking with them, I've not needed to go anywhere else for the solution which they have offered me.
I have a dedicated team with them and they work as part of my Support team. I have found them dedicated, responsive and eager to learn more of what our business does.
On the whole, I would recommend GoResponse - a responsive company who are very approachable and good value for money.

Appointing Goresponse to deal with our call handling was the best move I made. Starting a business isn't easy, and the thing that used to frustrate me the most was missing calls. We now capture 100% of calls at all hours of the day which I can turn into leads, and hopefully jobs.
We get a lot of feedback from our customers who comment on the friendliness and professionalism of the people at "our office" which is of course, the call handlers at Goresponse. I get a phone call once a month to check up on the service and to ask whether we would like any changes to the script.
I would definitely recommend their services and I hope that our main competitors don't catch on to this strategy of call handling.
