Gorgias is a nightmare
Gorgias is a nightmare. Their pricing is way too high for what they offer, and their sales tactics are beyond aggressive. We told them multiple times we’re not interested, yet they won’t stop calling and emailing. Now they’re spamming us from random throwaway email addresses — it’s shady and ridiculous. This isn’t marketing, it’s harassment. Save yourself the headache and stay far away.

Chat Feature
The chat feature was simple to access. When the AI bot couldn't answer my question, it was quickly escalated to a person. After a few clarifying questions, the issue was escalated to the appropriate team and was resolved within 48 hours. This was super helpful!! Thank you!

Overpriced software
Overpriced software, there is equally good anlternatives on the market for half the price. My main issue with this company though is their horrific spammy cold email practices. They are constantly cold emailing from various throw away email accounts. If you ask not to be contacted some other sales rep pops up a few weeks later. Go away!

We Switched from Salesforce to Gorgias and it was wonderful!
Our company previously used Salesforce as our CRM tool and found it to be very cumbersome to work with. There was no easy way to do anything, and even the simplest tasks (like sending a one-time email) was a multi-step process. Salesforce can do anything and everything, but it was too powerful for our needs.
So we looked for an alternative and found Gorgias. It was everything we could possibly want - Easy to use, affordable, had all of the features we could want.
And the best part was that it took us less than 3 hours, from start to finish, to set up Gorgias. It wasn't that different than MS Outlook. For Salesforce, our company had to hire a 3rd party agency to set it up and it took several months and cost low-5 figures!
We're very happy with Gorgias.

Warning when you DON'T have Shopify
All of Gorgias' AI features are exclusively designed for Shopify users.
While they have integrations with BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, and Prestashop, none of the AI features, automations, or smart responses work—unless you have Shopify.
The only functional integration is basic order information, which is far from sufficient for most ecommerce stores, especially in the AI era.
Unfortunately, we realized this too late, but let this be a warning: Gorgias is not the right choice if you're not on Shopify and want to leverage AI.

they automatically sign you up for a membership and do not let you get out! I try to reach them out but no answer and there is no option on the platform to cancel subscription which i didnt even subscribe to! this is really the worst platform I have ever used.

Gorgias is the only serious solution to replace vast customer service departments. It connects to everything. It runs well. It's incredible.
Above that, it has the best technical support team I've ever spoken to. They don't give platitudes or deadlines, they give immediate solutions. It's such a breath of fresh air. Add that onto a product that does everything it says it does and you've got a winner.

Worst support I've ever experienced...
This company is an absolute atrocity. I had an issue with email and integration setup (support acknowledged that the issue was coming from their end), and I had to follow up with them multiple times just to get another meeting to discuss it. Every single time I got a reply, they were "still looking into it". Finally after 6 months, I had enough and cancelled. Despite 6 months of absolutely no usable service, they would not refund me due to the terms of their "Master Subscription Agreement" that they repeatedly referenced. Not only that, but they then charged me AFTER I cancelled, and had to fight to get them to refund me for that.
Lastly, they have the absolute audacity to reach back out and see if I'd like to come back. I very nicely explained the history and said if they would refund my 6 months and get me set up properly that I would be happy to return. Nope. Master Subscription Agreement again, no refund.
I'd give 0 stars if I could.
