The parapets are so expensive and yet suck a massive ball sack. I bought them and after a 3 months of using them they started wiggling to the sides and I had to use force to screw the bolts further in and after almost a year one If them is wiggling madly so I ask them to repair them and they rejected using the words ‘This cannot be real’

I bought premium dip station. The screw to adjust the width could be easier to fit in, other than that solid piece of equipment I'm happy with it

Dip bars sturdy and stable. I knew beforehand though, after seeing them at an acquaintance. Fast delivery. Highly recommend.

This has genuinely been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.
I ordered their new dip bar station, which is clearly a heavy, multi-box item.

As anyone would, I made sure I was available at home to receive the delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery date was changed three separate times. After nearly two weeks of delays, multiple reschedules, and even an unannounced arrival attempt (which I understand may partly be a UPS issue), the order finally arrived.

What turned up was completely unacceptable. One of the boxes was ripped open, and there was little to no proper internal padding to protect the heavy-duty components inside. For a product at this price point, basic packaging standards should not be an afterthought.

Since then, I have attempted to contact the company via email and social media — with zero response. The only “support” available appears to be an automated AI bot. Is there not a single human customer service representative available? Or is customer care reserved exclusively for fitness influencers promoting the brand?

Poor logistics, poor packaging, and non-existent customer service. I would strongly reconsider ordering from this company unless you’re prepared for delays, damaged goods, and no real support.

Extremely disappointed. I HAVE PROOF IF ANYONE NEEDS IT!

I walked with the Pull Up Bar to the bus and on the way one of the two small white rubber contact or wear-and-tear plastics had fallen of. I did not find it again. Hopefully the company will send me a new one and I can glue both the rubber boulders appropriately to the item.

I bought Jome gym mats and was a bit scared about the quality, as I never got anything from Gornation before. The product turned out better than I expected ❤️‍🔥 both me and my partner are super excited about it!

Package shipped from Germany and arrived in good timing. The USA carrier of the packages made a few mistakes that lead to a few missing nuts and a missing bolt. Gornation was very quick and helpful about getting replacement parts! I purchased everything except the weight lifting equipment. Things were packaged together in the same boxes to minimize waist. I liked that a lot. The equipment itself is top notch, with great quality and exceeded my expectations.
