Other reviews are right, no bus passes and they take your money and hang up calls. i called 302-668-2050 to let them know the bus didnt pass and the lady hung up. she had a chinese accent. If you dare use this company do not trust that they will come and pick you up have a backup plan.

We have been sending leads for many years to gotobus.com and never received our last payment.
We have tried to get in touch several times with the affiliate department the past years but they never reply.
Our last attempt is from 20th of April through their ticket system - 3 weeks and still no reply.
Not a serious company to do business with.

If I could give 0 I would. I was trying to get on a bus from Virginia to NYC and the ticket says to arrive at least 20 min early. The bus stop was on a big dark parking lot ( bus departure at 10pm). There was no bus nor other ppl that seem to wait for it either. After contacting the customer service I received the answer that the bus is delayed 10 min. After that time the bus still didnt arrived. I'm a women alone with a 3yr old. They kept telling me the bus is delayed. I waited over 40 min and no bus or other ppl. After I left they text me like 10 min later that the bus is now coming. To reschedule they charge you again and they do no refunds. I would never recommend this to anyone. Horrible experience

Gotobus is just the advertising agency however they still make excuses for the company such as East West bus Wanda bus Wanda coach and all the other names that they change monthly. The driver pulled over in Manhattan to unload a group coming from Georgia...... myself and my young daughter under 18 remained on the bus schedule to get off in Brooklyn. The dumbass driver threw my bags off the bus. I questioned if I can get off the bus to get my bag off the sidewalk he says okay. The bus was still in park. When I got off the bus - - the driver started the bus up and pulled off with my underage daughter. She was the only one left on the bus. She had no idea where to get off at. Myself, and other passengers who had just gotten off from the long Dreadful Drive / ride from Atlanta had to run to the foot of the Manhattan Bridge to stop him. We are seeking a class action lawsuit stop this nonsense. These people need to be shut down.

Worst experience in my entire life... would not recommend me this to satan himself...don’t waste your time or money

Worst experience. I arrived at my pick up location, a gas station in the middle of nowhere, 30 minutes early. To ensure I was at the right location I spoke with the register attendent and she explained that a bus rolled through the parking lot 5 minutes ago and left. I waited, in 30 degree weather to see if my bus would arrive. I finally got through to someone in the chat service, who was hardly any help. The bus I intended on using was scheduled to arrive at 3:30 she explained the next one would maybe arrive at 6:30 or 8. Completely ruining a job opportunity I had. This company can not guarantee anything. Do not rely on them for any time sensitive traveling or reliable transportation services.

I bought a ticket from this company, and they required me to do some identification process which i didnt trust doing so i sent them an email saying i'm not continuing with my purchase, they sent me an email saying that they will refund me the money but never did, so i talked to a representative online who gave me a tracking number for the purchase, the bank said it didn't exist, so I called the customer service again, the woman put me and hold for an ungodly amount of time, forcing me to hang up, and I was never able to get throuh to them after that. I can't belive these companys are okay treating people like this!, I'm disgusted
