Ich habe bei diesem Autohaus eine sehr negative Erfahrung gemacht. Schon bei meiner Ankunft war die Haltung des Personals abweisend und wenig hilfsbereit. Ich wurde anders behandelt als andere Kunden, und die Art und Weise, wie meine Fragen und Anliegen gehandhabt wurden, ließ mich unwohl und unerwünscht fühlen.

Der Kundenservice war unprofessionell, und die Art, wie mit mir gesprochen wurde, war völlig inakzeptabel. Unabhängig vom Grund sollte kein Kunde jemals das Gefühl haben, respektlos behandelt oder ausgegrenzt zu werden.

Ich hatte Fairness und grundlegende Höflichkeit erwartet, aber das Gegenteil war der Fall. Ich kann jedem, der dieses Autohaus in Betracht zieht, nur dringend raten, sein Geschäft woanders zu machen.

I had a very negative experience at this dealership. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unhelpful. I was treated differently from other customers, and their handling of my questions and requests made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Their customer service was unprofessional, and the way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable. Regardless of the reason, no customer should ever be made to feel disrespected or singled out.

I expected fairness and basic courtesy, but what I encountered was the opposite. I would strongly advise anyone considering this dealership to take their business elsewhere.

I bought an Audi A4 from them, and only after a couple of months I had problems and needed the warranty. Unfortunately at that time I discovered that the official used Audi that I had purchased from the official Audi dealership, did not have an official Audi warranty as described in the ad. This in my opinion is a petty scam, that an official dealership cannot afford to do, so I decided to take legal action against the seller. What a disgrace! I hope that Audi will take action against an unscrupulous seller who exploits the credibility of the prestigious brand to defraud consumers.
