Process for returns is super complicated
The process for returns is made complicated on purpose. On the Website they advertise with free returns. Turns out the Return is free but you have to pay for the delivery costs and you dont get a refund, just a Coupon for their Shop. I am sure you read this when checking the Return Details, still it would be nice to know this in advance especially when they advertise with free returns.

I had to wait for weeks
I had to wait for weeks, during this time I received SO many emails, after unsubscribing I received one day 15-20 mails, still i get emails.
Quality is ok but not overwhealming.

Good Produkts long shipping time
Good Produkts but the sizing between the diffrent models has big diffrece some fit good some totally not. The shipping took too long in my case over a month.

i love the products but very lond duration of shipment
i love the products, they are really good but it took so long till i got them. From the order to having them at my house it was over a month.

The sizing is often misleading
I normally wear S, with one product S is a little bit too big but XS waay too small. With the other product S is too small but M fits.
Apart from that I’m very happy with the products. Maybe a few more colours to choose from would be nice.
