After 45 minutes of waiting time on the phone, and being nr.1 in line, they just close the line down and never got the chance to talk to them.
No explanation, nothing.
I don’t understand how anyone can trust company like this.
45 minutes of my time for nothing today
If there is an option to give them -5 after this, I would do it
