a shame! But with an eventual refund

paid :
58.00 EUR UPS - EXPRESS SAVER Shipping within Italy (including refrigerated and frozen products)
4.00 EUR Shipping surcharge for fresh products (0-7°C)
8.00 EUR Shipping surcharge for frozen products (min-18°C)

and UPS announced this morning that the package will not be delivered due to a nonspecified delay. But the package was in Genova this morning at 10:47

Update 16-10-25. The parcel was delivered today at 1:30 PM. The inside items were at room temperature. All frozen items were thawed products floating in liquid, their temperature was about + 6°. No trace of dry ice containers. I requested a full refund, including the surcharge for frozen products.

Update 20-10-25. After a second email in which I reported what had happened, they responded with a letter of apology and issued a refund. Much appreciated.

Very best of service.

My favorite gourmet cite.
Though I am a Danish customer, I get up to 30kg free delivery, when I buy for more than 150 Euro. Witch is not dificult in this shop :-)
