This cookware is brilliant. Love the even heat and no -stick surface makes cleaning a breeze. I like the way in which it stacks together as we have a caravan and space is a premium. Terrible service!
Ordered long ago and still have not received my order. It is sitting in a warehouse for over 3 weeks merely an hour down the road and no one will attend to its delivery!!!! Terrible! Do not recommend!!
Further reply: offering a $30 voucher to spend (which you already did a week ago) is not a solution. I have now asked 5 times for my money back & keep getting the same rubbish email replies. I am not interested in spending more money with you when my problem is that I still haven’t received the first order! No way would I like to wait 6 weeks for another order??

convenient but not the best quality
I love the convenience, the handle being separate. But the skillet got stained very quickly when I it got very hot and had grease in the food. Not really high quality.

Took the grill pan on a weekend camping trip and it handled propane heat without any issues. The detachable handle makes packing easier which I didn’t think I’d care about but I do now.

I’ve been using the ceramic pans for about a month and I’m honestly impressed. My eggs slide right off and I barely need oil anymore which makes me feel better cooking for my family. The color also makes my kitchen feel softer somehow.

This company is a nightmare to deal with. I ordered kitchen utensils which were quite expensive and I was shocked at how poor the quality was. They had scratches when they arrived and just felt like they would easily break. I immediately let them know I wanted to return them and they’ve been stalling ever since trying to give discounts on them when I just want to return the defective products. It’s still not resolved. Don’t ever buy from the scam company.
