Cars being delivered to my place is the best feature

Cars are always very clean. Almost brand new for most of them. Having the car delivered to my place, with no extra charge, is an absolute banger.

Application is simple, perfectly does the job. Prices are in the range of their competitors do, sometimes a bit cheaper it seems.

Indeed, the company Virtuo Technologies entered insolvency proceedings last year. It ceased its UK operations in 2025 and was subsequently placed into liquidation. Our company, Mobitech, has acquired certain assets from Virtuo Technologies as part of this process with the Paris commercial court, including the brand and technology.

We would like to clarify that our company is legally and operationally distinct from Virtuo technologies. As such, we are unfortunately not in a position to manage or settle any outstanding claims related to that company.

We would also like to reassure you that the new Virtuo entity is fully operational today, serving customers at our best.

Terrible first experience

Terrible first experience. Would not recommend.

The car was in a shocking state at pickup: dirty on the outside and even worse inside. There was trash, cookie crumbs, and papers on the floor. It genuinely felt like the car hadn’t been cleaned at all.

Then the app showed 18L of fuel used, so I trusted it and refuelled accordingly, ended up paying almost double what was actually needed. It feels misleading.

Drop-off was just as frustrating. The parking spot was so tight it was literally impossible to take the required photos before parking, yet the app requires it.

To top it off, I was charged for missing fuel despite filling the tank (with proof). They did refund that, but refused to compensate me for the extra fuel I paid because of their app or for how dirty the car was.

Overall, this felt unfair and poorly handled from start to finish. Not the level of service you’d expect.

Flexibilité efficace

First, the application is very well designed: simple, flexible, and very convenient for renting a car quickly. I especially appreciate the option to extend the return time, which gives real flexibility. For example, it allows enough time to clean the car properly before returning it or organize things without stress.

This flexibility makes the experience much more enjoyable and allows us to focus on our activities or spend time with family while traveling safely.

Two possible improvements:
• More vehicle choices: for example, I rented a Renault SUV, but having more models and brands available would be great.
• Deposit amount: previously my deposit was €500, but now it appears as €800 for a new rental. More transparency about these changes would be appreciated.

Overall, I still recommend the Virtuo app 100%. It makes car rental simple and stress-free.

Very conveniente. No need to talk to anyone.

Great experience overall with Virtuo. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Booking through the app was quick and intuitive, unlocking the car was easy, and everything is done digitally — no paperwork, no counter, no waiting.

What I really appreciated is the full autonomy: no need to talk to anyone, no pressure, no upselling. Just book, unlock, drive, and return. The car was clean and in excellent condition.

Hands down the best car rental experience I've ever had.

I've used pretty much every major rental service out there, and nothing comes close. The booking process took me literally 2 minutes — no endless forms, no confusing add-ons, no nasty surprises at the counter. Everything is handled through their app, which is sleek, intuitive, and actually works.

What really sets them apart is the innovation. Keyless pickup, digital contract signing, and real-time car availability — it feels like renting a car finally caught up with the 21st century. I picked up my car without speaking to a single person (in the best way possible).

Great experience and smooth rental

Great experience, I have been using Virtuo since the company started and I never been disappointed with the smoothness of the rental. I understand the logistic could be tricky for expansion but I wish Virtuo would be available in every city I travel too from the booking system to rental I couldn’t be more pleased.
