Avoid it at all costs! My daughter was charged for Go Voyages Prime without her knowledge — it's a total scam. Money was automatically deducted from the account, and we were unable to cancel the unwanted subscription. We tried calling multiple times to cancel it, but we could never get connected to a live person.

SCAM
SCAM — Refused full refund after service failure, stalled 2+ hours.
I paid €2,695.84 for 3 return flight tickets with Go Voyages for July 11, 2026.
What happened:
I explicitly requested CANCELLATION of return tickets BEFORE automatic issuance
Their agent REFUSED, told me to "wait 24h for auto generation"
They issued return tickets AFTER I cancelled
Their behavior:
Stalled me for 2+ hours in live chat
Offered €1,634.65 (80%) repeatedly
Pretended to "offer cancellation" but confirmed they would STILL only refund €1,634.65
When I asked directly "Will I receive my full due refund of €2,695.84?" they answered "You will receive a refund of €1,634.65 EUR"
I rejected, said I was filing chargeback + DGCCRF complaint, said "Goodbye"
They kept spamming "Are you still there?" after I left
I have screenshots of the entire 2+ hour chat proving everything.
This is NOT a Super Flex cancellation. This is a SERVICE FAILURE by Go Voyages.
I am filing a chargeback with my bank and a complaint with DGCCRF.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.
