I'm still in the installation phase
I'm still in the installation phase, but so far everything is going well. I finished filling the three walls with dump stop and I'm already halfway through the thermal liner. I have to say I'm very happy with the product, and after this trial, I'll buy more to cover other parts of the house. I have high expectations for its future performance and effectiveness, so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
If this helps, full order was delivered next day, except for one package that arrived two days later. Thanks to the good packaging, everything arrived in very good condition, including the 27.5kg adhesives

Delivery company hasn't delivered
Delivery company hasn't delivered, left them instructions 3 times and nothing, full refund will be happening cos they will be returning it, won't be ordering again

Thank you for your message. I understand your frustration regarding the delivery experience.
I have reviewed the tracking information, and the courier attempted delivery on three separate occasions. Unfortunately, on each attempt there was no one available at the address to receive the parcel. As stated on the order and shipping information, this particular service requires a signature upon delivery, and the driver is unable to leave the parcel unattended or in a safe place without obtaining a signature from the recipient.
While delivery instructions were provided, the courier is still required to follow the service requirements and cannot override the signature requirement. As a result, after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel is being returned to us by the courier.
Once the returned parcel has been received back at our warehouse and processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with our returns procedure. Please note that refunds can only be processed after the item has physically been returned to us by the delivery company.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the delivery service and are sorry that this order could not be completed successfully. If you decide to place an order with us again in the future, we would recommend using an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery during the expected delivery window.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a sample of wallpaper, unfortunately when it turned up the sample was so small it did not show the fall repeating pattern. I messaged the company to give feedback and was basically just told they order them from a supplier and this is how they are sent and the sizes are on their website. The email was poorly worded and not what I would expect from a customer service rep. I replied to this and got an even worse email saying that the sample was industry standard and telling me how businesses work.
The paper is lovely however, without having the full pattern and with the response on my feedback from customer service, I can’t risk spending the money on the amount of rolls I need, as I do not think the company would help if there was a problem
