the package could be nicer e.g carton box. Because it was not nice to get the things a bit creased in transport. It is always nice to open a box beautifully packed.

To improve our service could you let us know what was the problem with delivery? For overseas shipping like to Sweden we ship with DPD. I can see that we got your order on Saturday. Shipped it on Monday and DPD tried to delivery to you Wednesday but informed us they required an access code to get to your postbox.
To improve this we would recommend to select your work address to make sure your are "home" when the package arrives.

Great and Quick service
I ordered K-Deer leggings for my niece and myself, and they are great. Fantastic fit, great material.
The service was good - it took 3-4 days to arrive to the UK and it was free.
The only thing that I would recommend to goyogi.dk is to place a product in a transparent bag and not just in a plastic envelope as it can get damaged during transport.

VAT refund hassle
VAT is only refunded after writing several e-mails. Also e-mail replies take a very long time.
The delivery is very fast, though.
