Service great and friendly
Only issue was with time. The Web site said Europe /London and was showing 1 hour behind which meant UTC or GMT and not Local so booked a test for 1200 local which should have been 1100 UTC however on arrival I was an hour early!
Fortunately I was able to test early.
A standard time coordinate should be used eg UTC GMT or Local to save confusion

Rapid Antigen Test at Norwich Airport

Good service when we actually the testing centre, absence of signage stressful. Parked and paid £3 when there was plenty of free parking next to the testing centre.
Apart from that staff good and procedure good, results quick.

Covid 19 test centre Bournemoiuth Airport
The test itself was quick and efficient.
However it was difficult to find the testing cabin once I had followed the Covid 19 Testing sign. There was nobody around to ask. I drove around and spotted a anonymous looking portacabin with lights. Finally I had found t by he Test Centre

We were running late and the testers…
We were running late and the testers waited 15 minutes after closing for us to arrive and this really saved us. Massive thank you to the staff working at Exeter Airport on Friday 17th June. I hope this reaches them.

Efficient, timely and helpful
Was only one person before us, so no long queues. Everything was explained in a calm, friendly manner. We were also given enough information about how to access the results and the expected time frame. As 2 people, who can be panicked by technology it was very good that they took their time explaining things to us.
In fact the results came through quicker than expected, just we had to wait until we stopped driving so will could check them together.
