My experience is truthful and an experience why you should avoid this company.

Dishonesty. We bought lifetime licences, which they reneged within 1 year. Their live chat/support? run by a single guy who doesnt want to assist you.

I have been ignored endlessly, and only when we made more noise we were offered a refund via live chat.

We never we provided this when emailing, again they lied to us.

The company is using Nulled plugins and themes that they didnt null themselves - they are taking these from community forums and selling them.

Because of this high level of disrespectful support (read their replies here) and dishonesty in sales practices I would 100% avoid them.

Additionally, when we first started using GPLmonster, we told them to use trustpilot and they shill this in many ways to this day.

After using their services, my opinion is these people are selling something thats free and you should avoid them due to unethical practices and extremely rude support.

The best GPL resources are here. The best part is the costumer service. I had a problem between Elementor and Woodmart theme and they helped me to fix it providing me previous version of the plugin and themes and it worked. Amazing support!

Got nervous at first because the download wasn't working, but after some work with customer service, was able to get the plugin that I needed for that great price with the +5 years update. It fixed the site that had lost some functionality due to an outdated license. I think the issue was something to do with my browser downloading? Anyhow, whatever happened initially resolved so that I could get the zip file and the plugin worked fine. The price is right and although at first I feared that customer service wouldn't come through in the immediate timeframe I needed, they did.

Both of their websites are down since last 20 days. No response at all.

Well I had some problems in using the plugin. I got in touch with them and they solved it withn in 5 minutes.

Using GPLMonster since beginning since launch, since 3 year support is fast and polite, all themes and plugins are up to date, great service.... keep it up guys.

I recently purchased a WordPress theme from GPLMonster, and I have to say, I'm really impressed with their customer support. While it did take a bit of time to get a solution, their team was incredibly responsive and always kept me informed on the progress. They were also able to resolve my issue effectively, which I really appreciated.

Aside from their great customer support, I was also really pleased with the quality of their products. Despite being affordable, their themes are genuine products and cheap. I've been really happy with the one I chose and have already recommended GPLMonster to my friends and colleagues.

Overall, I would definitely buy from GPLMonster again. Their combination of cheap prices, quality products, and excellent customer support make them stand out from the rest. If you're in the market for a WordPress theme, I highly recommend giving GPLMonster a try!

What made this experience great was the effectiveness of the product. You can literally find a lot of hard to find tools here. The support is FAST. For example I didn't get a password sent to me. The support agent responded within 5 minutes and resolved in about 2 minutes. This was also early morning too. I couldn't appreciate the experience I had any more than I could express in this review! Compared to other GPL sites this one is by far the best!

I recommend them, if your theme or plugin has a problem, their support team is willing to help you solve it and make it work correctly

Its been my 2.5 years with 3 years with GPLMonster, there service is outclass, always reply with positivity and their product always up to date, highly recommended to web design agencies to freelancers. :)

The plugin doesn't work and the support people treat you horrible on purpose. The original plugin weighs 6,000 kb, the one they give you (which is supposedly downloaded from the official site) weighs 88,000 kb. They don't refund the money either. I work a long time with wordpress, I know how to differentiate a gpl plugin and modified plugins like these, but the plugin is not the biggest problem. What is called "support chat", just insults and treats you like crap. Clearly it must be a boy who is serving you, because his immaturity shows that he never studied public relations. He may not have ever used wordpress in his life and learned how to be the worst support ever. Nothing like this ever happened to me. DO NOT BUY FROM GPL MONSTER.
