GPNSLogistics did a great job of packing and transporting our goods. However, we got burned due to complex regulations in the receiving country (Japan). Having previously moved to the UK from Canada, we had shipped our household items to London and had no problem picking them up. However, when our cargo arrived in Japan from Canada, it was immediately subject to a huge amount of unexpected paperwork and massive payments, some of which could have been avoided had we known about the declaration requirements. This was not GPNSLogistics' fault (we should have done more research into the documentation requirements ourselves) but I would recommend that in future they warn anyone shipping to Japan to expect these issues.

Always a pleasure using these guys. We normally ship direct from China and it's always been easy and efficient. Recently with the covid19, we were forced to ship from California and we received the same amazing customer service. Keep up the great work!
