I would strongly advise anyone…

I would strongly advise anyone considering this builder to think twice. Unfortunately, the standard of work was extremely poor and fell well below what was promised. The quality was subpar, with multiple issues that should never have passed basic professional standards.
As a result, I was forced to hire another builder to correct and redo significant parts of the job — costing me an additional £10,000. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a stressful, expensive ordeal.
Paying twice for the same work is something no homeowner should have to experience. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
