I felt the early stages of agreement went very fast, which affected my choices. I would have liked to have been given the opportunity to think about the other courses GQ offered and possibly have the chance to change into another course e.g. a cooling off period.

But in stating this I was very happy with the support from the Skills Recognition team especially Sam Savva. The team were very responsive and made it easy for me to supply the required evidence. All emails and calls were responded in a timely manner.

Hi my name is michael ramirez, morethan yr ago. Call centre agent call me to encourage to apply to get qualified in cert4 for commercial cookery, i ask her dont have money and he reccomend me in Zip Money, now im paying the amount of almost 3,000$ with nothing. I already ask a complaint to gqaustralia about it but no action. This is totally scam. I wish no one can victim of this company anymore. 3,000$ is big money for ordinary person like me. The agent told me if the transaction is unsucces will get a refund but didn't happen. From the start of procces all case officers holding my application been change 3 times or been resign. I pay almost 3,000$ And inrest rate of 23% at zip money with nothing. Lost of money and effort.

Originally I had enrolled with another service provider. It took over four months to complete one unit - they lost paperwork, the tutor was unavailable, no communication. I gave up and looked for something else. I liked GQ's website and made enquiries. I received a prompt reply, spoke to the same person to complete my enrolment. GQ staff were able to provide information about discounts, fee payment options and were always pleasant and friendly. After I enrolled, the RPL process couldn't have been simpler. Again, I dealt with the same person who emailed me with clear, easy to follow evidence requirements for each unit. Before I knew it, in just over one month, I had submitted all evidence for my Diploma and guess what - I received a wonderful email informing me that I had received qualification. Two weeks later, a beautifully presented Diploma arrived with a lovely letter from GQ. I am proud to be qualified and even prouder to recommend GQ to anyone wishing to achieve greatness!!!!

I recently decided to update my resume and explore new career opportunities. I had been working as a manager for over eleven years and had not done any further study or gained any qualifications. I originally investigated courses about business management through tafe colleges and universities. I asked them about recognised prior learning, but received little or no descent information and it seemed too hard for most people to either explain or recognise. When I highlited my experience of over eleven years as a wholesaler manager, the GQA team instantly identified my skills and encouraged me to collect the necessary documentation to apply for my Diploma in Leadership and Management. Facilitators are really friendly and helpful however my personal experience hasn't been too great. Communication is very weak, didn't hear a word for weeks at a time even after emailing and calling. Maybe my facilitator was just a bit unorganized.

I found this difficult because I had to gather so much information to prove that I had been doing my job properly. I just didn't have a huge amount of evidence as I always follow the RTO's lesson plan and marking guides, that I work for. On the other hand, it is good that certificates are not handed out easily and clients must prove their experience and expertise with a large list of evidence. At times I thought it would have been easier to just do the qualification rather than prove RPL's, but again, it is good that they are so thorough.

I had started studying my certIV in accounting and hadn't gotten very far. I heard about Get Qualified Australia on the radio. And less than 4 months later I had my certificate. It took me about 6 hours to get all my documents together and that was it. Staff were great, process was easy, and the cost of doing it this way was much cheaper. Definitely recommended.

If you have the experience in your field, it is well worth putting In the time to look into getting Qualified

I have done 3 qualifications with this company, never would have been able to do these if I had gone to Tafe or Rmit .

Get Qualified Australia is very professional in their approach to customer service. The facilitator was informative and helpful. The feed back I received was of great assistance to bring all of my RPL together.

I have been with Get Qualified for a month now. I have not received one phone call from them since paying my money in full. Any contact I have had is the result of me chasing my "facilitator" who also doubles as the "customer service agent" who I would suspect spends most of her time selling packages rather than delivering them. I have received two or three emails from them requesting information which I have forwarded without any action as yet. A month in and I would describe this service as a waste of time and money. I wont attempt to get a refund because they make you sign a contract before you start saying that if you don't qualify that it is about you having gaps in your knowledge and not them misleading you when you are assessed for what qualification you are eligble for. Due to this fact I would imagine that would be a waste of time and energy as well. So I will simply learn from my mistake and move forward. I would not recommend this organisation or their staff. If you decide to go ahead with your "qualification" I wish you more luck than I have had. But be prepared for disappointment and slack service. I should have listened to the poor reviews I read before going ahead with it.

Very customer focused .I didn't realise how qualified I was until speaking with GQA it made me realise I have the skills to move forward on my career.
