GQ worktops exceeded all our expectations. Not only was their quote miles cheaper than the rest, the level of customer service was simply outstanding. Paige and Sophie were so easy to talk to, and so responsive on emails. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were brilliant at talking us through all our options and advising us on thickness and styles. When we ran in to a small issue with the countertops we originally picked being delayed due to Brexit, they immediately made us aware and offered to send us samples of similar colours/styles to avoid us having to delay our install date which would have then delayed our whole kitchen project. The alternatives they sent were perfect and they ordered it in with no additional cost to us. They kept us updated every step of the way, even taking the time to email us the second it landed with them to reassure us everything was going ahead on schedule. The workmen were on time and worked cleanly and efficiently. Our house is old and wonky but they offered practical solutions to any issues they faced and were incredibly helpful. We were left with a beautifully installed Quartz worktop that we are absolutely thrilled with. We would recommend GQ worktops to anyone!

I cannot recommend this company enough. Our worktops are beautiful and cost nowhere near as much as I thought. Sophie was always so helpful, friendly and efficient.
The guys that fitted the worktops were really professional and fitted the worktops really beautifully. Thank you very much GQ Worktops!

Came across GQ workshops on a google search and wasn’t sure how they would fair. They were £1k cheaper than the best quote I got elsewhere. I shouldn’t have worried ! . This company is excellent. Paige in the office was very helpful and responsive from start to finish. I am absolutely delighted with the worktop and the whole experience. The fitters did a great job too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. It’s not often to get such outstanding service these days but these guys get full marks - well done !

Everything about this company went perfectly.

Used these to get worktops and then decided later on to get back panels and end panels as well, the price will not be beaten by anyone either.

What a fantastic experience dealing with GQ worktops. Paige and Sophie have been brilliant. They quoted for quartz worktops and sent free samples out to help me decide. When there was a slight delay on my side they accomodated this and changed the day for the survey and then fitted them the following week. Always professional and always friendly, but also at the best price. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience dealing with this company from start to finish. I have just had my kitchen completed and the quartz looks amazing. The contact and response from this company is exceptional. Follow up action was fantastic. Measuring service and then delivery all went to plan and on schedule. I was ready for the quartz early and it was not an issue. Measuring was brought forward and installation confirmed with next to no notice. I wish every company I dealt with was as professional as GQ. A huge thank you to everyone involved - Paige and Sophie were great, really reassuring and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending GQ to all my friends family - awesome company!!

What a great service we received from everyone here. The sales team are polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly and the worktop is good quality and makes our kitchen look amazing.

What can I say. GQ worktops provided a 100% outstanding service, along side this we now have the most beautiful, exquisite quartz worktops in our kitchen. The support and communication provided by both Paige and Sophie was so helpful. Myself and my wife felt at ease every step of the way.
We asked for lots of bespoke things and nothing was a problem. The turn around from first consultation to an onsight survey to fitting was 1week, Speedy.
I have already recommended GQ worktops to several people.
Now we are just looking forward to the freedom to be able to invite friends and family round to show it off.

Fantastic service and product
After hearing that a relative had used GQ worktops (we hadn’t heard about the company before) we initially bought a quartz island top and fitted it ourselves. I was really impressed straightaway with the customer service from Paige, the product quality and the price. The website is really useful too for giving estimates of cost. We then proceeded to buy quartz worktops and have them fitted by GQ worktops. Again, Paige’s customer service was fantastic. Her replies to queries were prompt and detailed and nothing was too much trouble. The lads who fitted the worktops were amazing. They made it look effortless! They were clean, careful and extremely polite. They respected our property at all times. I would recommend to anyone wanting to go for it and upgrade their worktops.

What can I say....the whole experience from start to finish has been faultless.

For a kickoff the prices are excellent, much cheaper than other places I looked at but dont let this put you off...

You start off by getting an online instant quote. Sophie or Paige called back the day after to talk through options. When we were ready a site survey is completed followed by fitting 4 days later....so easy.

The worktop quality is fantastic. The fitters did a faultless job. Hand finishing each piece onsite. They are highly skilled at what they do, leaving us with a beautiful kitchen (thanks guys ). A credit to GQworktops !.

We went for white mirror quartz and its lovely.

Paige and Sophie in the office were excellent. They called back whenever they said they would and communications were excellent helping us through each stage. Again a real credit to the company (thankyou Sophie and Paige 😊).

If you are looking for new kitchen worktops, these are the people to use...you wont regret it.

Absolutely chuffed to bits with our new quartz worktops from GQworktops. Everything from customer service from the sales team and also the attention to detail from the stonemasons who fitted the worktops. They have done a superb job and we would definitely recommend GQworktops.

I can recommend this Company enough. I ordered a sample of the Carrera Quartz which arrived the next day, the product is amazing. Customer service is second to none, Paige went above & beyond our expectations & made the whole process a pleasureable experience.

We’ve waited a while to post this review just to ensure that nothing would crop up to change our opinion - it hasn’t.
From start to finish it has been a pleasure working with this company. In September 2020 we did some searches to find quotes for quartz worktops as the quotation we’d had from a big name kitchen company appeared a little high. We loved the fact that we could get an idea by using an online calculator and were even more impressed when Sophie contacted us the day after to say that she had looked at what we’d entered and suggested that one piece could actually work out cheaper by classifying it as a window cill. She also looked at a photo of the worktop we’d been quoted for and sent us a sample which arrived next day and was an exact match for what we wanted but significantly less expensive than the other company. The surveyor arrived spot on time and was very efficient and professional, making some suggestions for adjustments to our requirements.
Having made the order Sophie invited us to visit when the actual piece was delivered to the yard before they started cutting it to make our order, just to be sure we were happy with it.
The installers also arrived spot on time and again were very professional, getting the job done quickly, efficiently and very cleanly (as cleanly as possible with the amount of dust created by this kind of work!)
Sophie and Paige in the office were brilliant to deal with and ensured that, rather than being yet another pain in the new kitchen experience, it was actually pain free - and we had a good laugh as well; they are an absolute credit to an excellent company.

I can’t recommend this company enough! I am so so happy with my new quartz worktops and they look amazing in my new kitchen! From the quality of the products, to the service from the fitters and the exceptional customer service from the lovely ladies in the office (Paige and Sophie), I have been highly impressed with the whole experience of working with GQ 😊
