This review is more about the company rather than the item as I ordered the incorrect part and therefore did not use it. I contacted the customer service dept who were extremely helpful and they issued the refund as promised. I would have no problem in using them in future.
Good quick delivery. Excellent price. No hassle when online ordering. Fitted our stove perfectly.
