fire is lovely, however GR8 sent me a broken fire and I had to wait another week for a second one, they sold me trims for £120 that I didn't need. As a result of the broken fire the joiner was annoyed at me because it messed with his plans for organising a plasterer and electrician. When I relayed all this to GR8 fires the lady responded "well you should have checked the fire before the work men attended you house" I think its their job to check the fires are in excellent state before sending out to customers. I asked for any recompense to which they replied no ! would i buy off them again certainly not
