Bought this whilst on offer and very pleased I did, delivery was well organised and arrived superbly packaged the fire works perfectly well with both remote control and control panel, it is also great looking fire.

It’s a very lovely fire. Perfect size. Only downside the delivery of the fire is left kerb side. I am 81. Not sure how it was expected of me to lift this into my house. Never knew any other company who do this but can’t say I’m impressed with this service.
