Bought 2 replacement led strips for my electric fire. One worked, one did not. Contacted eeze fires who promptly sent another that did work. Although neither replacement were identical to the original strips they worked perfectly and my fire display is now working ok. If I should need parts for my fire in the future, I would call eeze fires first. Why? Because service is good, price of parts is right and they know the products they sell.
