After my elderly Mother had a flood…
After my elderly Mother had a flood over Xmas this year, Scott Taylor from GR8 (Bishops Stortford Branch) managed to source and have delivered an industrial Dehumidifier within 4hrs from my 1st phone call. Now that is what I call service! The whole process was effortlessly simple and seamless from the start. These people are epic - thank you guys.
Insurance company not so much - 5 days after the the initial call to them, still no response, their review will be honest but scathing
