Unprofessional Management
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with GrabNGo. Throughout our engagement, the communication from their team was severely lacking. There were no updates, acknowledgment of inquiries, or responses to concerns, which is deeply unprofessional and not what I expected from a company that claims "excellent service".
Most concerning was the absence of accountability from the management. There was no acknowledgment of the communication breakdown, no apologies, and no efforts to rectify the situation. This lack of professional courtesy raises serious doubts about their commitment to client relations and post-transaction support.
Clear and proactive communication is fundamental for building trust and successful collaboration. Unfortunately, GrabNGo’s approach undermines confidence and risks damaging their reputation with clients who expect transparency and accountability.
I urge GrabNGo to address these issues immediately to avoid further dissatisfaction among their customers.
