I ordered the White Noise bouquet as a 30th birthday gift for my best friend – a very special occasion. I even emailed the florist beforehand asking them to take extra special care with this... See more

Shockingly bad customer service. The checkout process is very unclear and misleading. You are not able to see your shipping costs (not even a range) until after you pay for your order. I was charge 17... See more
I was bought a plant by some friends, it arrived looking a little under the weather, in a bag without any information on the plant name, species or how to care for it. I emailed and I didn't get the... See more
AVOID!!! Flowers last 5 days - apparently that's okay! Very rude. Accepts no responsibility. My £200 valentine flowers began to die after 4 days. I thought the florist would be upset and try ever... See more

We used Grace and Thorn for our wedding…
We used Grace and Thorn for our wedding flowers, they did a fantastic job! All of the bouquets/buttonholes/corsages were so unique and looked beautiful at our venue. The team were very responsive and helpful with any queries we had. Highly recommend, thanks guys!
Don't use for weddings
We used Grace and Thorn for our wedding flowers. Firstly, the person who was working with us changed no less than three times in the three month process because people kept quiting the business. On the day they also managed to deliver some of the flowers to the wrong place. The shop is alright and the flowers are nice, but they shouldn't be used for events.
horrible wedding flowers...
Order flowers for my wedding and when they arrived they looked misley. could have done better myself and did. Very disappointing as this is one of the occasions I would regard a bit of effort. Highly embarrassing and they should be ashamed of what value they give. Hipster for hipster sake and no actual substance. Now mind you I went to check out the store and spoke to one of the girls who confirmed the arrangement is taken care of to look well finished.
They don't care what they put out, as log as they add a few sprigs of grass and tie a ribbon. would have done better have I had gone and got a supermarket arrangement. horrible horrible horrible .. stay away and i would guess they are probably at the bottom of they league and don't have many returning online customers.
Shockingly bad customer service
Shockingly bad customer service. The checkout process is very unclear and misleading. You are not able to see your shipping costs (not even a range) until after you pay for your order. I was charge 17 GBP additional (on top of a 92 GBP order) to pay for courier within Zone 1 London. Not only are they misleading customers but they are also charging a high fee for the courier. When I asked the founder, she refused to acknowledge the issue and encouraged me to cancel the order.
