I recently moved from Australia.
My container soon arrived into NZ and was ready to be delivered to my home in Te Kuiti & Steven, Robb, Hornell, Blessing & Rapture came & unpacked the container and put everything into my home as directed.

The job itself had a few challenges.
My driveway, the location of my house high on a hill seemed to me like it would be a bit difficult.
But Steve & Robb found a way to get the trucks up the driveway easy.
They worked as a team to navigate around trees and power lines.
Then organised ramps from the truck , up the big steps and ground and floor coverings outside & inside my home.
It was amazing to see their high level of experience on the day be used.
They quickly organised everything and also included me to be apart of it and went to work.

They were so professional and their communication through the whole process was stress free.
The care & respect they all had for my belongings was amazing.

They were polite, gentle & very hard working & I noticed that they looked after each other's well being while unloading some of the heavy furniture and belongings.

Steve, Robb, Hornell Blessing Rapture are an incredible team and represented Grace Removals exceptionally.

Grace Removals you can be proud of this team, on the day they were the face of your company that I had the privilege to deal with. I hope you will reward, promote & appreciate these amazing guys.

Great moving company, would use again for sure.. moved from Canterbury to the West Coast and Tony was awesome, very helpful and very responsive to emails, the 2 young fellas who moved our stuff were very good to deal with and was also the cheapest (of the few companies who bothered getting back to me) also.

Lindy was excellent to deal with. She is very friendly, understands the requirements, and is very flexible with requests. She is quick to respond to emails and phone calls and accommodates last-minute changes. Highly recommended.

We recently moved from overseas to Auckland and Grace Removals handled the move after everything landed in NZ. They were super efficient & instructions were very clear & smooth. Morne was very attentive and quick in arranging a delivery date for us.

On the day of delivery, Rob, Rapture & Blessing were on time, very polite and took extra careful in handling our furniture & boxes. They were professional and made me feeling safe & happy to use Grace Removals again based on their service!

Jack was responsive to my questions and kept me up to date with customs etc. I could tell Jack was working - with due diligence - to get my household furniture to me asap. The removalists who delivered my goods were amazing - I have mostly antiques and they were careful and fast. And could lift boxes I struggled to push! Navigated a circular staircase well. I’ve used Grace before & recommend them for international moves

Our container took a good while to get from Australia to NZ but since in landed in Wellington Jack and the team were great. Kept in contact and got things organised with Customs and Biosecurity quickly. The goods arrived in good condition with about two weeks and the guys did a great job unloading and setting up the stuff we wanted set up. Was a rainy day but all went smoothly. Happen to recommend Grace.

The service of the company was top class. They arrived on time and were efficient while also being hard-working. On top of that they made sure to stay careful with our furniture they were moving.
Every thing was handled with care and not a single item damaged. The team was friendly, professional, and made the whole process completely stress-free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable moving service.

My goods were delivered today by Rapture, Rob and Blessing. They are a great team and had my items unloaded and unpacked (as needed) in no time at all. The inventory check was thorough and eveything arrived in great condition.

They took care moving through the house with furniture, and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.
They take away the packaging and was I reminded to call them once I have fully unpacked so they can collect the cartons.
I moved from Australia and am very happy with the service from Grace Removals in both countries. They are now my 'go to' company should I choose to move again. Thanks guys, I appreciated your service today .

Only giving one star because I can't give zero! Cost about same as other removalist companies from NZ to Australia but professionalism well below par! I caught the NZ (Christchurch) removalists throwing my houshold goods out the upstairs window, majority of items were not packed to international shipping standard & subsequently arrived broken, bubblewrap was taped directly onto all furniture items & difficult/impossible to remove sticky residue. To add insult to injury company not taking responsibility for their shonky practices & their insurance company used all the tricks in the book to not pay out my claim. VERY stressful from both a mental health & fiscal perspective!

Removalists were flawless. Care, efficiency, and skill. Thanks gents!

Rob, Buzz and Blessing did an amazing job of packing and loading. They were helpful, courteous and professional. They took great care!
Claudia, Terry and Lindy were our quotation and liaison team. Schedule, volume, quote and insurance were all given great attention to detail. There were no surprises and all our expectations have been met.

I found the service excellent from Jack and his team. Every email i sent was answered and always with care and efficiency. Nothing was too much trouble. I have a shipment going to Australia. Lindy communicated very clearly what was expected of me to satisfy the Australian customs.
The packers, Sanelle and Masoe, were very experienced. Sanelle took charge and listened to what I expected as I have had many overseas relocations.
