Drop Ship & Terrible Customer Service
First off, they stole someone’s video off Instagram to make their own ad. It isn’t even theirs. The order process was not clear. The hair octopus took 2 months to arrive. And it was the wrong size. I just assumed that I would be purchasing what was in the video. But I got the wrong size, so I immediately reached out to them. They don’t answer your email directly, you are sent a link to their website to use an automated system. They take more than 24 hours to respond. And they don’t understand your request. I was asked if I could exchange my item for the right size. They kept telling me that nothing was wrong with my order. Customer Service is not reading emails. Once they finally understood what I was talking about they offered me a two dollar refund on a $27 item. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted to exchange it for the right size. It’s a cheap rip-off product, plasticy material, but I was still willing to try it in the right size. Now they want me to return it to China which will cost $40+ for a $27 purchase. There’s no US address for returns! Their customer service is slow and ineffective. Do not order from this company. It’s dropship from China, cheap low quality products that don’t match the ads, and they steal influencers videos and claim them for their own. Beware.
